How to test a genuine leather?
The best way to test a leather is to carefully wave a lighter against the full-grain leather and observe if it burns. However, real leather is quite unaffected to fire. Obviously, do not hold fire at the same spot for a longer time. Well, if you wave it on the wide side of the bag, it will not damage a real leather.
