Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.jazlynleather.com website (the “Service”) operated by Jazlyn Leather (“us”, “we”, or “our”). The following terms and conditions shall govern all the transactions on our website and sale by Jazlynleather.com and the buyer.
By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may change from time to time without notice. We reserve the right to edit or delete any content of this Site and/or remove any goods and services for sale.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Products colours and material
All our products are handmade and subject to the natural variation in size and colour. The colours of products seen on jazlynleather.com will depend on various factors :
- The colours may vary depending on the monitor from which they are viewed. Please note that we have tried as precisely as possible to display and describe the colours of the leather, lining and other accessories used.
- All the sizes mentioned on the website are approximate and are measured from outside of product(s)
- All “Jazlyn Leather” products are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. In addition, every animal is different and every tanning run varies also, so the tanning process affects each hyde slightly differently as well. For this reason, no two bags are identical. These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. This will not affect the quality or durability of your bag.
- Please be aware that natural and coated fabrics used in dark or very strong colours may be subject to the transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots so heavy rainfall should be avoided.
- Each product comes with a 1-year warranty when the product is used fairly. No accidental damages are covered.
Orders via website
When placing an order on jazlynleather.com, we will need your name, valid email address and telephone number. Without this information, we will not be able to process your order or notify you of our acceptance of your order.
We may contact you via email or on given telephone number if there is a problem with your order, or if we require additional information in regards to the processing of your order. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our couriers, in case they need to contact you to arrange the delivery of your order. As part of our endeavour to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new design products, special offers or any changes to our site. When placing an order via our website, we will obtain an authorisation on your payment card before your order can be accepted and processed. Once authorised we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have supplied to us. You will be notified if there are any delays. If there are any problems with your order or if your item(s) is out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our customer services representatives either by email or by telephone.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Bulk wholesale orders
All bulk wholesale orders placed pursuant to our quotation must be in writing and a binding contract will not exist until such orders are accepted by us in writing. Our scope of work shall be as specified in our quotation together with any variations agreed pursuant to the contract. All contracts will be deemed to be subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale as set out herein and any terms and conditions specified by the purchaser shall be ineffective, these Terms are not variable unless the Seller has expressly agreed in writing to such variation.
Validity of Quotation
Subject to our right to withdraw our quotation at any time it will remain valid for a period of 21 days from the date thereof unless an alternative period of validity is specifically stated therein. At the end of the said period, any extension to the validity is strictly at our discretion and subject to our written confirmation.
Acceptance of quotation
Acceptance of quotation and payment of deposit will be taken as acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and fully understand what is written below. Please contact us if anything is not clear to you.
1) All costs provided exclude VAT where applicable and are valid for thirty days from the date of the quotation.
2) The costs provided when quoting are guide prices based upon what we anticipate the creative, time and production requirements to be based on previous experience and on typical processes, plus client co-operation in provision of design agreement and approval. Within reason, additional charges may be payable if there are significant variations to this, although the client would be made aware of this well in advance. Charges are unlikely to deviate from those quoted unless design requirements change significantly.
3) No creative or development work will commence until the Jazlyn Leather has received written approval of the quotation (by hand or by email) and a minimum deposit of 30% of the agreed costs (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
4) Our products are handmade and are subject to natural variation in size and colour
5) Delivery Dates will be confirmed once the quotation is accepted and order is confirmed
6) Outstanding payment needs to be cleared within 3 working days upon receiving the goods
7) All other terms and conditions mentioned on the www.wrriglehouse.com remains applicable (unless otherwise agreed)
8) Deposit and any payments need to be made to Jazlyn Leather Limited bank account. Details are available on quotation form sent to you.
9) Delivery charges and any EU taxes or custom to be paid by Customer
Prices
All prices displayed on jazlynleather.com are retail prices and are stated in GBP (£).
For orders placed outside the UK, please note that the amount you are charged by your card issuer / PayPal will be in GBP (£) and any price conversion is only indicative of the price payable in your geographical location. Many credit/debit card issuers now charge a conversion fee for transactions in currencies other than the one assigned to your card. We are working on a solution so that payments can be accepted in your home currency and no conversion charges are applied.
If you have selected the geographic location as ‘India’, all the prices are shown in INR and are inclusive of GST.
Prices, unless stated, do not include taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment or delivery charges depending on the country. We retain the right to adjust the prices at any items that are incorrectly priced without prior notice. Jazlyn Leather does not control import duty charges nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply before ordering. Payments
The total cost of your order shown on the checkout is the price you pay displayed on our website at the time we receive your order (inclusive of delivery in the UK, but exclusive of delivery charges from orders outside of the UK).
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is your own. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.
Jzlyn Leather will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this site whether or not that product has been sold.
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards or PayPal and additional payment methods for orders placed in India include Netbanking, Wallet or UPI/QR. All the payments are taken through the secure payment gateway methods.
All goods will remain the property of Jazlyn Leather until paid for in full. We do not accept cheques.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Under UK legislation, you are entitled to cancel this contract provided you contact us within 28 days of receiving your purchases and we will send you a Returns Form. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. Provided the goods are returned in their original condition and sent back in suitable packaging, we will give you a refund for the cost of the item including a standard delivery charge. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you wish to exchange your item, you can then place a new order for the item you wish to exchange your original order for.
To cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our support team at support@jazlynleather.com. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in the Returns section.
Any orders bespoke made with customisation for your business cannot be returned.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jazlyn Leather and its licensors.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jazlyn Leather.
Jazlyn Leather has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Jazlyn Leather shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
